To maintain overall good health exercise and physical activity plays a key role. Exercising is one of the best things that can reduce your risk of developing diseases like diabetes, heart problems and cancer Physical activity in daily routine is must as it imparts advantages like
- Maintain a healthy body weight and reduce additional calories
- Keep the hormones at healthy level
- Reduces stress and helps in better state of mind
- Proper blood flow to help good immune system
- Keeps the digestive system healthy
There is no need that you must go the gym for workouts for exercising or do sprints to burn your extra calories. Your 30-60 minutes of dedicated moderate physical activity would be good enough to keep you healthy. Even your everyday activities can be counted as exercise but done with moderate intensity to raise your heart rate and breathing.

Diet
- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Avoid alcoholic beverages or limit to moderate consumption
- Avoid high fat diet and eat non fat dairy products
- Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly before use
- Drink water adequately three to four liters daily
- Include enough fiber contents in your daily diet
- Avoid too much use of spicy and oil based food and curries

Addiction
- Smoking and use of tobacco in any form should be avoided
- 35% of all cancer death are tobacco related world wide
- Apart from cancer, heart disease, lung disease, stroke, are related to smoking and tobacco use
- Avoid passive / second hand smoke
- Quit immediately if you are using tobacco products in any form

Vaccination
Now vaccines are available against HP virus which causes cervix cancer majorly. This can be given to young girls from the age of 9 years to women up to the age of 45 years.
